Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

understand CARMs process for IM, CSx and cardiology;
learn from experience of residents from across Canada; and
create lasting mentorship relationships.

This mentorship session will be divided into three different sections for medical students applying for cardiac surgery, medical students applying to internal medicine and internal medicine residents applying for cardiology fellowship. Speakers from across Canada will share their experience and advice for the CARMS process. We hope to create longitudinal and meaningful mentorship relationships.
