Presentation Description: Kyle Plush called 9‐1‐1 twice for help from his iPhone using SIRI but help did not reach him in time. Jill and Ron Plush, with The Kyle Plush Answer The Call Foundation, will share the details of Kyle Plush's two 9‐1‐1 calls for help and the action taken by the Cincinnati 9‐1‐1 ECC and the Cincinnati Police in response to his calls. We will explain why it is important for all telecommunicators and first responders to BE YOUR BEST SELF on each and every call.
