Presentation Description: In this presentation we will discuss the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by 911 today. This ranges from technical issues to administrative and legal issues. We will also discuss how cybersecurity isn't just a technical problem but rather a leadership problem and what leaders can do about it. This includes creating a cyber‐conscious culture, keeping your personnel trained and aware, investing in cyber technologies and resources, as well as cyber insurance. We will also discuss what to do if you do suffer a cyber breach.
