Tim Stencel is a telecommunicator at Northwest Central Dispatch, a consolidated dispatch central dispatching police, fire and EMS for a dozen Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Along with being a frontline telecommuncator, Tim is also an assistant operations manager, weather coordinator, EMA liasion and training officer. Tim is the current chairperson of the APCO Young Professionals committee and enjoys sharing his knowledge with other Young Professionals in the industry along with understanding the needs and strugles that other Young Professionals have.
