Member of APCO Intl committees for Awards & Professional Development Events Committees. Retired from Maine E911 Authority, having served as manager for state training & certification program. Now a member of state 911 advisory council. Currently serving on town board of selectmen, and in 43rd year as vol firefighter & state fire training instructor. Veteran of US Army (Military Police K-9) and US Coast Guard Reserves, retired after 26 years as LCDR. Consultant in 911 communications and litigation case review & expert witness testimony.
