Presentation Description: The development of an RFP for a technology system is not a simple matter. The successful deployment of technology systems requires the involvement of many functions within your organization. While often stared from within operational or technical departments, it requires collaboration with groups including purchasing, legal, administrative, and even the political levels of the organization. We go through the development of a public safety technology system, focusing on the creation of the procurement documents, using a wholisticâ€approach to prevent overlooking of critical issues. Documents developed this way capture the requirements of your agency in a manner that leads to success.
