Presentation Description: As new technologies and capabilities have evolved, so have the tools available to dispatchers working in 9-1-1 Centers and PSAPs. In this presentation, attendees will hear about the latest NG911 attributes and capabilities. And they'll see how those capabilities will serve public safety for decades in support of evolving wireless and wireline communications capabilities such as 5G. We'll also demonstrate how NG911 can help an agency better use the personnel they have available to effectively work with first responders in the field, under changing conditions.
