Long Description/Scheduler Description: Are you interested in applying research methods in your work while collaborating with colleagues and an expert mentor? Do you have experience with conducting research that you want to share as a mentor? Are you a new academic librarian needing to conduct research for promotion? Do you work in a library and want to make decisions based more on just your own experiences? If you want to gain more insight into developing a research agenda, or applying a research method to your work, identifying publication outlets, or creating articles from postgraduate research then the Library Research Round Table's Virtual Mentorship Program may be a good fit for you. The LRRT Mentoring Committee is revising the program which will re-start in Fall 2022, and we would like you to help us make it a success. The LRRT Virtual Mentorship Program is being developed to support ALA's Key Action Areas, notably Diversity, Education and Lifelong Learning, and Transforming Libraries by extending the network of knowledge regarding research methods of all kinds.
