CA Libraries Cultivating Racial Equity and Inclusion XR programming We produced a 12 minute video about the CREI project featuring Chantel Walker, the research of Yolo and Palos Verdes Libraries staff and the soundtrack and media from Marin City. A Way Out of No Way immersive media program helped youth create and produced hip-hop songs and a VR experience of the Marin Shipyard workers during WWII. https://youtu.be/X-H5N-ZSBVs

Learning Objectives:
Participants will understand how immersive XR media can help communicate implicit bias
Participants will understand how to create an immersive program for examining community racial bias.
Participants will understand the possibilities of integrating XR apps into library programming.
