John has written over 500 hours of professional development programming for teachers, librarians, authors, retailers and industry professionals at trade shows, conferences and conventions across the country and overseas. Has also been working with the Eisner Family Foundation to help develop the ALA Will Eisner Graphic Novel Grant program which is now celebrating it's 5th year.
