Kelsey Hughes

Kelsey Hughes is the Librarian III at the South Bowie Branch for Prince George's County Memorial Library System in Bowie, MD, which is located just outside of Washington, D.C. She previously served as the library's Adult and Teen Services Specialist. She currently serves as the Conference Chair for the 2023 Maryland Library Association Conference. She received her MLIS in 2018 from the University of Maryland, College Park. Kelsey is passionate about all things teen service, and about creating high quality, engaging programming in the public library.
