Arune Singh is the Director, Brand (Editorial) at Skybound Entertainment where he oversees promotional strategy for the company’s comic book and book releases, along with leading development of related digital sales streams. He has also written critically-acclaimed comic books for WWE series and the Hope charity graphic novel.
Prior to joining Skybound, Singh led communications at Marvel Entertainment from 2007-2015, including the landmark introduction of Miles Morales in comics book, the launch of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Marvel’s Agent Carter on ABC and the launch of Marvel’s Daredevil and Marvel’s Jessica Jones on Netflix. He then joined Syfy as VP, Publicity in 2015 and led successful campaigns for 12 Monkeys, Face Off and Killjoys. This was followed by a move to BOOM! Studios in 2016 as VP, Marketing where he led successful campaigns including record sales for Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR; “Shattered Grid”, the first ever Power Rangers comic book event; and managed the most successful graphic novel crowd funding campaign in Kickstarter history.
