Rachel Frick is Executive Director of OCLC’s Research Library Partnership—a collaboration of library professionals developing network-level solutions. Rachel’s interests and expertise includes improving library workflows, organizational change, and how libraries position themselves for the future. She has held leadership positions at the Digital Public Library of America, the Digital Library Federation, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Rachel earned her MSLS from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
