Amber Gregory is the Manager of E-Rate Services at the Arkansas State Library, a position she has held since 2010. In this role, she helps public libraries navigate the E-Rate program to increase library bandwidth. Amber is a member of the Library Development department where she manages statewide library projects including technology initiatives, digital inclusion, and consulting on the Children’s Internet Protection Act and state library laws. Currently, Amber chairs the American Library Association’s E-Rate Task Force and serves as the library representative on the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) board. Amber holds an MSIS from the University of Tennessee.
