Katherine Ahnberg serves as the Student Engagement Librarian at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadalphia, PA. Her current work focuses on advocating for student learning, user privacy, and emerging tech. On the national level Katherine is an ACRL Immersion graduate and acts as chair for the Women & Gender Studies Section (ACRL-WGSS) Membership Committee.
Katherine holds a Master of Library Science from Indiana University's School of Informatics and Computing, a Graduate Certificate in Dramatic Literature from the University of California Santa Cruz, and a Dual Baccalaureate in European History and Theater Arts from UC Santa Cruz.
