Tiffany Davis is the Director of Customer Experience at St. Louis Public Library, where she also leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Change Team, the Catalog Workgroup, and the Online Content Committee. Tiffany’s commitment to a robust library collection that reflects her community stems from her early experience in youth services and branch management in a racially and socioeconomically diverse city. Her other successes include project management of the library’s migration to a new ILS as well as a Growing Our Own initiative to improve succession planning and increase promotion opportunities for staff.
