Sharyn November is an editorial and marketing strategist who works with with children's/YA authors, agents, and publishers. For many years, she was Senior Editor at Viking Children's Books and Puffin Books, and the Editorial Director of Firebird, which she founded in 2002. Her books have been New York Times bestsellers and multiple award-winners, and her many authors have included Laurie Halse Anderson, John Barnes, Betsy Bird, Sarah Dessen, Alison Goodman, S.E. Grove, Diana Wynne Jones, Susan Juby, Ellen Klages, Kelly Link, Nnedi Okorafor, and Martin Stewart. She was named a World Fantasy Award Finalist for her work establishing Firebird, and FIREBIRDS RISING, the second anthology she edited for the imprint, was a finalist for Best Anthology.
