Winn W. Wasson is the Social Science Librarian at Syracuse University Libraries and the Chair of the PPIRS Conference Program Planning--Washington DC, 2022 Committee. In addition to his liaison responsibilities with departments and programs at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the university’s College of Arts and Sciences, he creates information literacy programming on campus that promotes information wellness and fosters awareness of the impact of misinformation and disinformation on the public perception of academic research and academic researchers.
