Librarian
Tor Loney is the former Branch Manager for Albany Public Library's Howe Branch, an urban library location in Albany's historic South End. He has many years of experience with youth programming, grant management, outreach, and collaboration. He is fundamentally committed to addressing white supremacy within and outside of libraries, through culture, collections, programming, and policy change and joint advocacy with community partners.
Jade Warrick, Amplified Voices
Originally from Los Angeles, Jade Warrick is a Capital Region NY based visual designer who focuses on art accessibility, global design, and using art to bring healing and wealth to communities; especially among communities of color. Some of Jade Warrickâs work explores ways to connect local stories and art into a communicative piece that in turn can bring equity and healing. Jade has experience as a sculptor, muralist, illustrator, and community organizer within the arts. She is the co-founder and lead educator for Amplified Voices.
