Rino has built a career in public libraries introducing and developing innovative services focused around technology. He is the current Director of the Homestead Cybrarium; most recently he worked as the Interactive Services Manager and Maker Studios Supervisor for the City of Clearwater Public Library System and as a Information Services Librarian for Sarasota County Public Library System. Rino earned an MLIS from the University of South Florida and a BA from Yale University.
