Luke Kirkland is the Teen Department Head at the Waltham Public Library. Its youth-led conversation forum, Real Talk, and its annual For Freedoms lawn sign installation has been featured in American Libraries, School Library Journal, and Young Adult Library Services. Luke and his teen leaders have presented on Real Talk at ALA Annual, MLA Annual, and School Library Journal Leadership Basecamp.
