Jocelyn Swick-Jemison has a background in computer science and had a long career managing clinical trial databases prior to becoming an academic librarian. Prior to coming to the University at Buffalo, Jocelyn worked as a reference and instruction librarian at Daemen College. There, her focus was on information literacy instruction and evidence-based practice research for the nursing and allied health profession students. Now at the University at Buffalo, her focus has been on undergraduate education, information literacy instruction, development of teaching materials, and instructional technology.
Jocelyn Swick-Jemison is an Undergraduate Education Librarian at the University at Buffalo. She specializes in instructional design, multimodal delivery of content, and media creation.
