Judy is the Instructional Specialist at Richmond Public Schools. She is the President-Elect of the Virginia Association of School Librarians. She has served on the VAASL Executive Board as Treasurer and AASL Treasurer. Judy is actively involved in school librarianship at the state and national level and is well-known in Virginia for starting the Lit Limo program to deliver books to students around the city.
