AASL and VAASL
Kendel is the Librarian at Lord Botetourt High School in Daleville, VA and the Advocacy Chair for the Virginia Association of School Librarians (VASSL). She is a VAASL Past-President and has also served on the Executive Board as Secretary and on the Board of Directors as Roanoke Regional Director. She has presented at both state and national conferences, and is passionate about school libraries.
