Autumn Kaufman is a Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As the Director of Behavior Analysis for the Department of Juvenile Justice, she and her team collaborate across the department to oversee the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). She has overseen the implementation of pilot programs across child-welfare agencies, public and private schools, and adolescent psychiatric residential settings across the U.S. and in Canada. Her work focuses on disseminating the science of Behavior Analysis to under-resourced populations, and building systems to support and sustain internal capacity development.
