Rhonda Evans is the Assistant Chief Librarian of the Jean Blackwell Hutson Research and Reference Division at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, where she supports the management of the Division’s diverse collections that focus on people of African descent throughout the world. In addition she serves as the Chair of the Intellectual Freedom Round Table and is an appointee to the Intellectual Freedom Committee. Rhonda is also an active member of BCALA and serves on the Executive Board of the Museums Council of New York City.
