Robin Salthouse, a Library Specialist Consultant, retired in 2020 as an Adult Services Supervisor Librarian at Maricopa County Library District in Arizona. Robin supports an Arizona State University/SciStarter grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and Moore Foundation to build a national library network as hubs for citizen science. As part of the National Citizen and Community Science Library Network team, she provides content for professional development webinars, online tutorials and contributes to materials that promote and sustain library kits with tools that support real scientific research. Now a Kingston, Washington resident, Robin works with libraries across the United States to grow the citizen science movement.
