PhD Student
Syracuse University iSchool
Leah Dudak is a PhD student at the Syracuse University School studying trauma experienced by public library workers - looking at the impact of trauma, institutional causes, cultural causes, and LIS education. She also is passionate about making sure that the academic work she does, is seen and connected to what library workers do. Previously, she was a public librarian and has also worked in academic and private libraries, and received her MLIS from the University of Illinois. In her free time, she likes to knit, read, and play in the water with her pup. This is her first ALA!
