Lisa Dale has 35 years in public and state libraries, currently serving as Collection Services Manager for Sacramento Public Library. She has had many roles, managing staff, collections and services to meet diverse community needs. Lisa is passionate about change management and using data to support library operations and create new programs and services. Lisa makes things happen with limited resources, works with the customer in mind uses data to create new and meaningful services.
