Frances Brummett has worked at the Salt Lake Public Library for over 35 years. She has worked in reference, technical services, collection development, interlibrary loan and circulation. She has served as Parliamentarian for the MPLA Board for the last four years. She was able to add passport services to the Salt Lake City Public Library in 2019 after seeing a session on the service at a library conference.
