Dean of Library Services
Fort Hays State University
Ginger H. Williams is a hard-working dean at Fort Hays State University. She has spent significant time in research and exploration of the mentoring experiences of academic librarians and considers informal mentoring opportunities to be an undervalued area of discourse in the profession. She is passionate about and brings more than a decade to this mentoring dialogue and is eager to connect it to effective training and preparation for middle managers. At the national level, she is involved with ACRL and Core.
Aside from libraries, she enjoys homebrewing and camping. You can find Ginger on Twitter and LinkedIn where she would love to connect about mentoring and academic library management.
