Janice Moore Newsum, Ph.D., received a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. She earned a master’s degree in early childhood education from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, Texas. Janice has a MS in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University. She also earned her PhD in Library and Information Studies from Florida State University.
She is currently employed as an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston Clear Lake
