Laurie Esser is a Library Assistant with Gwinnett County Public Library and creates culinary programming as well as being a part of the Tower Garden and Mobile Kitchen teams. She has created culinary programs from the basics - healthy lunchboxes; to moderate - programs to help people overcome their fears of kitchen appliances, Instant Pots and Air Fryers.; to advanced- creating new programs that not only teach how to plan budget and time friendly meals, but the culinary skills to complete them safely and confidently. This is her passion project and hopes to help families with food insecurity.
