Staff Engagement Manager

Casey Wallace is the Staff Engagement Manager for Gwinnett County Public Library and is responsible for coordinating staff training initiatives like the Mobile Kitchen project. She has been involved with many projects during her 16 years with the library: everything from helping branch customers, to planning programs, visiting schools, and writing grants to name a few. Now, in Staff Engagement, she helps staff become experts in the library’s products and services so that they can best demonstrate these resources for the community. All of these projects have helped shape Gwinnett’s library service to fit the growing needs of a diversifying urban community. The Mobile Kitchen project is a unique opportunity to grow culinary literacy and connect the community with food in a new way.
