The session will enable participants to start planning a new career as a consultant; it will allow a non-consultant to identify methods that can be used to transform a library. We will challenge the status quo, discuss the types of work. We will reflect on staff work challenges, patron experience, students, work challenges and service innovation. Our panel focuses on the professions strengths and its dynamic; we will show participants how to review and prioritize their needs to support librarianship.
