BIBFRAME and Arabic materials : ideas and notes

Since BIBFRAME initiative started by LC in 2013, a lot of questions have been raised especially about Arabic script materials represented by BIBFRAME. I've worked on this matter and like to produce ideas about dealing and solving some problems also.
