Are there technologies or approaches to service that we should discard, or at least modify? What about tools or services that have allowed you to reach new or underserved populations? Identify technologies that enabled libraries to maintain or expand their services to their existing or new patron communities during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Evaluate emerging tools and techniques that will assist libraries to engage new or underserved populations in their communities post-pandemic.
Plan hybrid (onsite and virtual) programs and services that utilize emerging technologies to unify existing patron communities and also accelerate outreach to new, diverse, and underserved communities.
