Emmanuel Flores, a Workforce Development Director with the WSLC, AFL-CIO. The workforce development department advocates for working families from initial entry to career transitions and when facing job loss. Mr. Flores staffed the governor-appointed labor leaders and proxied for the WSLC President (April 2019 – December 2020) on the State Workforce Board. He is part of the Statewide Rapid Response Team and works with state agencies, businesses, workers, and labor unions to submit TAA petitions.
