She has over 15 years' experience in higher education, workforce development, and education consultation services. She has a Master's in Education in Workforce Development from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Doctorate in Education, specializing in Higher Education Leadership, from Walden University. She lives with her family in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
