Heather Woodruff has 10 years’ experience in workforce development starting as a Practitioner and working her way up to Program Operator of several Title 1b and discretionary grants at Career Path Services. She is a Certified Business Engagement Professional. Heather currently operates several programs at two different workforce systems in her community at WorkSource Columbia Basin, an American Job Center and TC Futures, a Youth Reengagement Center. Heather believes partnership and performance are the pillars of a successful workforce system.
