Jennifer Morris, is the Site Director for the Resource Center of Spokane County (RCSC). She is responsible for the daily operations of the RCSC, maintaining and developing partner relationships with organizations, and leading employment programs operated out of the center. She has 20+ years of experience working in the workforce development industry; and has experience in job development, job coaching, program management, operations, and policy development.
