Kristan Lortz is the Rapid Response Program Manager for King County WorkSource. She assists businesses and dislocated workers with layoff support, aversion and employee retention services.
Kristan’s career in Rapid Response started in 2018 when she became part of the Rapid Response team representing the King County Colleges. Before, Kristan worked several years at North Seattle College in Workforce Education. In 2021 she became the Rapid Response Program Manager.
