Marina Parr is Director of Workforce System Advancement at Washington’s Workforce Board. A former journalist and communications director, Marina is committed to providing workforce system customers and professionals with independently evaluated research on program performance and outcomes to make informed education and training decisions. In 2009, Marina helped launched the Career Bridge website and has actively worked to expand its usability and reach over the past 10 years.
