Rafael is the SharedWork Marketing Manager. In this role, he plans, develops, and leads the statewide marketing and outreach plan to promote the SharedWork Program to Washington businesses. He brings over 20 years as an entrepreneur along with his government management experience (16 years) at the Employment Security Department and the former Department of Human Resources. Rafael holds a BA from Washington State University and is a graduate of the Washington State Career Executive Program.
