Donna is the Rapid Response Manager with WA State ESD, collaborating with local Workforce Development areas to respond to business and worker needs across the business lifecycle.
Her career in Workforce Development spans 25+ years working with injured workers, TANF recipients, transitioning military families, and at a community college.
Donna holds an MA in Organizational Psychology, and is passionate about supporting the partnerships that result in excellent services for impacted businesses and laid off workers.
