A long-time disability advocate, Bill Kinyon gained his experience in disability services and equity through 5 years as a job coach at a Community Rehabilitation Provider for both employment and Community Access Services, 2.5 years as a Business Specialist at the Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, 8 years on the WorkSource Spokane Disability Advisory Committee and 5.5 years on the Governor's Committee on Disability Issues and Employment. He currently serves there as Legislative Lead.
