Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Minor in Political Science from Washington State University. With over 12 years of experience in Workforce Development, Cynthia Garcia was named the Benton-Franklin Workforce Development Council Youth Programs Manager and Equal Opportunity Officer in February 2018 for WorkSource Columbia Basin, an American Job Center and TC Futures, a Youth and Young Adult Reengagement Center. Cynthia is a champion of human-centered design and inclusion.
