Jessica has a diverse workforce development and social services background, and served as an industry liaison promoting sector specific solutions to workforce issues. She oversees the program team, development of new funding, has expert knowledge of federal workforce law and policy with specific concentration on Youth, and coordinates DEI initiatives for the WorkSource Spokane Campus. She brings expertise on trauma informed approaches and is committed to personal growth and learning.
