Serving as Commerce's Child Care Program Specialist, Paige Coleman manages the Employer-Supported Child Care Technical Assistance Program. In partnership with AWB and DCYF, the program seeks to inform and inspire employer-based solutions while providing business consulting and technical resources to effectively do so. With 15+ years in community and economic development and entrepreneurship, Paige is enthusiastic about helping employers consider and implement solutions to help their workforce. She holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Administration.
