Rose Gundersen, the VP at the Washington Retail Association, oversees a high-performing team and is involved in policy and government affairs. Her success as an entrepreneur in both the private and non-profit sectors, and her upbringing in Hong Kong prepared her for supporting the association's Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Initiative. Rose received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an Executive Juris Doctor degree from Concord Law School.
